Introduction
Welcome to the AquilaPvP store. Thank you for supporting our network. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they govern your purchases and prevent disputes.

Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to the AquilaPvP Network, its owners, staff, freelancers, employees, website, and service providers (including third-party payment processors).
  • "You," "Your": Refers to the customer, user, or purchaser (including guests and end-users).
  • "Products" or "Services": Refers to virtual goods, ranks, packages, or perks offered in our store.
  • "Network": Refers to the AquilaPvP Minecraft server network.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or making a purchase on the AquilaPvP store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the store or make purchases.

Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are for virtual, digital goods and services only. These have no real-world value and are non-transferable.

  • Sales are final. We operate a strict no-refund policy, except in rare cases at the sole discretion of the AquilaPvP administration (e.g., undelivered items due to our error).
  • No refunds will be issued for server shutdowns, resets, bans, in-game deaths, or loss of items due to player actions.
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers (e.g., PayPal, credit card companies) will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and access to all Network services.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., correct Minecraft username or UUID). Errors on your part will not qualify for refunds or redelivery.

Delivery and Loss of Items

  • Follow store descriptions for delivery instructions.
  • We are not responsible for loss of purchased items due to in-game events (e.g., death, punishments, server resets) or account issues (e.g., hacking — secure your Minecraft account).
  • Purchases for third parties (gifting) are allowed, but you are responsible for correct details.

Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to make purchases. If under 18, parental consent is required. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors' actions.

Disclaimers and Warranties

  • Products are provided "as is" with no warranties.
  • No information from our store, website, or third parties creates any additional guarantee, warranty, or agreement beyond these Terms.
  • We are not responsible for third-party resale of our virtual goods.

Restrictions
You are prohibited from:

  • Selling, sublicensing, distributing, or commercializing any AquilaPvP-owned material (e.g., images, descriptions, logos) without written consent.
  • Using the store or Network in ways that damage services, violate laws, or harm others.
  • Accessing restricted areas without permission.
  • Keeping login credentials (if any) confidential.

AquilaPvP Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or Minecraft. Do not contact them regarding payments, deliveries, or issues — use our support channels only.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the store/website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy
We do not sell, exchange, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is used solely for processing payments, delivering products, and resolving issues.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquilaPvP Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products.
